Community at Heart was the New Deal for Communities programme in Barton Hill, The Dings, Redfield and part of Lawrence Hill. Over ten years, local residents worked with the Council and other agencies to spend £50m of funding to improve the local area.

Easton and Lawrence Hill Neighbourhood Management is the successor organisation of Community at Heart (joined together with Easton Community Partnership) and continues to work with residents and partners to keep improving the neighbourhoods of Easton and Lawrence Hill wards.
